*BUY those CUTE cards here, from my friend Claudine from Gluten Free Gift!*
*For our blind or visually impaired friends, or those unable to see the photo, the recipe is:
1/2 cup sugar, 1 egg, 1 cup peanut butter. Mix. Form into balls. Flatten with a fork. Bake at 325 degrees for 10-12 minutes. EnJOY!
Could someone put the recipe in the comments? The picture on my phone is absolutely microscopic.

These are in the oven! Yum!
Hanksso much for this. It’s perfect for my family because it’s dairy free too. I mix it up some with half almond butter half pb. Yum.
I’m so excited to find new blogs, especially in the Fall. My cousin told me about yours and also one called “Cooking With Mr. C.” which is on Facebook and is also a blog. I just “Liked” his page and came directly to your site. I’m so excited. My kids love when I find new blogs. Thank you. Corinne
Having the recipe in the picture is so cute and such a good idea. 🙂
No recipe so not sure what going on here.
The recipe is right in the picture! 🙂
I went to the site. The cookies look great but there isn’t a recipe with it.

The recipe is right in the picture! The cute little card has the short and sweet recipe right on it — clever huh? Love those little cards and just wanted to link to her Etsy shop so others can order — she is actually working on a another book right now, but more items will be up in the future. 🙂
I agree with Shirley! The blog looks great! Soooo cute! 🙂
I love making those cookies. Those were my first gluten free cookie recipe from The Gluten Free Gourmet cookbook! 🙂
Thanks, GFBetsy! I keep thinking we need a little get together with some of you Chicago ladies — I’m willing to come down. (I hear there is deep dish GF pizza somewhere?!?!) 🙂
Oh my goodness, Sarah … I ADORE your blog’s new look!!! It’s absolutely fabulous! I prefer the brown sugar (plus baking soda and vanilla) version of the flourless PB cookies but your photos and that card are gorgeous. 🙂
Shirley
Aww, thanks Shirley! Playing around with some new changes — more to come! YES to brown sugar… went with the true recipe for the first run, but all kinds of options for future batches. Will try the baking soda and vanilla too! Hope you’re doing well over there! 🙂
Doing well here, dear. Will look forward to the new changes. I need to come back over and take a peek whenever I need a lift. Seriously, this is such a happy new look, Sarah! 🙂
You’re so sweet. I’m so non-techie. (and this whole nights/weekends GF guru just isn’t generating the funds!) 🙂 But THANK YOU, I appreciate it. I’m hoping to be here more often — and I miss Google reader, I have a new “reader” system but doesn’t keep me in the loop so I feel like I’m out of touch.
Where can I find that recipe please?
The whole recipe is right on the cute little card in the pic! 🙂
