“Come spend a morning learning how easy it can be to bake delicious bread, desserts and to go snacks without traditional wheat products! The class will be taught by Laura Steele, who works part time as a chef-instructor at UW-Milwaukee and also caters at Shully’s Cuisine. She was trained at the Culinary Institute of America, and was made aware of the many food allergies and intolerances early on. Her interest has always been to learn how to meet those needs, and was made more urgent when most of her family was diagnosed with Celiac’s Disease.”
